Holla :)!
My name is Corinne (aka Roxy) Somerville and I LOVE what I do !! What is it that I do? Well...I'm a Christ follower, wife, mom, mom-in-law, and Stampin' Up! Demonstrator (and probably a million other things too but YOU know exactly what that's like :) ! I'm so proud of each and every one of these roles and I love sharing my passion for them with anyone who will listen and I'll be honest...even if you don't want to listen...I'll still tell ya :) !!!
Let me first start with explaining my nickname "Roxy". The short story is...when my folks were expecting me they told my two older brothers that if I was a girl they'd like to call me "Roxanne" to which my brothers replied..."Cool, we'll call her Roxy" Back a hundred years ago (well...maybe not that long ago :) it was usually only "Ladies of the Night" that were called Roxy so instead they decided to go with an impossible to spell and pronounce name like, Corinne.....hehehe ! So I've always known the "Roxy" story and secretly always wanted to be Roxy (not a lady of the night....just have the name, Roxy...hehehe) When my fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrators heard my "Roxy" story they started calling me Roxy and so it was then that my alter ego, Roxy was born !!!! Okay...maybe that wasn't such a short story :) !!!
I have been married to my incredible Knight In Shining Armour for 25 years and together we have been blessed with 5 incredible children (Cait, Jess, Colt, Brooke, Mackenzie) We also have a wonderful son in law, Ben and will soon be adding another amazing son in law, Scott to our growing family !!!
I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for 5 years and I have NEVER regretted the decision to join the Stampin' Up! family !!! I have met some of my best friends through this journey !!! I truly and honestly LOVE WHAT I DO !!!!
I try to live every day in service to God and although I'm not always successful, that is my heart's desire...to serve my God and others...
