HAPPY 4TH OF JULY TO ALL MY AMERICAN BUDDIES !!!!
Last night was such a nice night with all my girls !! It was the only night that the older girls didn't have to work and the younger girls didn't have soccer :) So, we went to the grocery store and splurged and bought Hash Brown Patties, Fish Sticks, Pop and Chips !!!! Yummers !!! We also rented a couple of movies, one of which was P.S. I Love You all I can say about this movie is......BWAHHHHHHHHH !!!!! I don't think I've ever cried that much through a movie and trust me....I cry a lot at movies !!! Probably not the smarted movie to watch while Kevin is away. He actually called while we were watching the movie and I begged him to come home right now :( He thought that was pretty funny, so I took that as a "no". He did say that they are having a great time and hope to have a Lobster dinner tonight !!! Colton said the scenery is unbelievable and he really loves it there. As soon as I heard Colt's voice last night, I lost it...I MISS THEM SO MUCH !!! TWO MORE SLEEPS AND THEY'LL BE HOME !!!
So you can probably tell by my card today that my husband is on my mind a lot today :) I've always known how wonderful a husband and father he is but it sure makes you appreciate your time together when you can't be together. We have been married over 23 years and this is the longest we've ever been apart from each other ! So in honour of my sweet, wonderful husband here is today's card...hope you like it :)

I used Beate's last weekend sketch before her summer break....thanks Beate !!!! You saved the day....once again :) I also used CHUNKY GLITTER !!! After playing with the fine cosmo glitter...I HAD to try the chunky stuff...oh my gosh !!! LOVE IT !!!!

Well I think that's it for today.....I forgot to mention that poor Mackenzie is struggling with poison ivy right now and needing hugs from her Dad....thankfully he'll be able to do that on Sunday ! She's such a trooper trying not to itch it but her poor legs and back look so sore :(

OHHH poor Mackenzie (((HUGS)) for her.. Me is all these bug bites that I got from yesterday and today's 4th of July family BBQ.. I'm trying not to itch but MANNNNNNNNNNNNNN its hard!!!! Oh so love your card for your honey how sweet.. :) As far as your hits well girl YOU Deserve it :) You ROCK and I love coming to visit and seeing your creations.. :)

I know this is going to sound strange, but if you put milk on the poison ivy, it will help dry it up. (((HUGS)))

I totally feel your pain, my hubby has been gone going on TWO weeks now and probably won't be home for another.. I've been down in the dumpers lately and Im sure thats why.. Maybe if I made him something that might cheer me up. You are super brave to watch P.S. I love you with him away. I LOVE the movie but couldn't possibly watch it without him being close by.. I absolutely love that you love your hubby so much. People think I am nuts for how much I love my hubby. (and tell them how much I love/miss him)

I miss my sweetie even when he is at work. I love that your heart aches for him. That's true LOVE. I love the card you made for Kevin it is perfect. Poor little girl I have never had poison Ivy pain.. Poor thing. Big hugs.
